If you are experiencing issues with our website, please contact us at helpmeiam@desperateforattention.com. Please provide the details of the issue as well as information about which device and browser you are accessing the website from.
As we want to make sure you receive your package as soon as possible, we will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. That means that once an order has been placed, there is little chance to modify or cancel it.
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us at helpmeiam@desperateforattention.com as soon as possible after you’ve been charged and we’ll see what we can do.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay and Shopify Pay.
You can’t use more than one discount code at a time and discount codes can’t be applied to items on sale.
Our website is in EUR, but you can pay in your local currency at checkout.
For EU and EFTA countries, there are no duties or taxes to be paid. Outside the EU, where and if applicable duties and taxes will be borne by the customer.

Delivery
Currently we ship to all EU countries. This includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Outside the EU we ship to Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland and Turkey.
We are working hard on expanding into other markets. If we don’t currently ship to your country, you can sign up to our newsletter and we’ll notify you once we are ready to take your order.
We are a Spanish company and all our packages are proudly shipped from Madrid.
We use DHL and/or Correos for our deliveries, depending on your country.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Use the link to track the progress of the delivery.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which is always included with the item when shipped to you. Our full returns policy can be found here.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Our full returns policy can be found here.
We work very hard to make sure all our products are high quality and without any defects. However, if you have any concerns about a damaged or faulty item, please contact helpmeiam@desperateforattention.com and we will advise you further.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days (applicable shipping costs are not refundable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Our full returns policy can be found here.
Sustainability
Shopify Planet is a new app from Shopify that powers carbon neutral shipping. Every time an order is processed and shipped, a small contribution is made to purchase carbon removal credits from companies that are a part of the Shopify Sustainability Fund, creating technologies and solutions that pull carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere and store it long term.
Each company Shopify Planet supports is working toward a shared goal of finding innovative ways to create a more sustainable future. They’ve all created solutions that could truly revolutionize their sector and make an impactful contribution to reversing climate change at scale.

Every month Shopify Planet tracks the total emissions generated by all our shipped orders. The Planet app automatically calculates the monthly carbon removal cost through natured-based and high-tech-based solutions. Then the total cost goes toward purchasing carbon removal credits to ensure that all orders for the month are truly carbon neutral.
Besides offsetting the carbon emissions of our deliveries, we choose organic, recycled and eco-friendly materials to minimize our impact on the environment. All of our printing and embroidery is done locally in Spain and we strive to eventually manufacture everything locally with sustainable practices in mind.
In short - organic cotton is a more sustainable. It is grown without pesticides from seeds that have not been genetically modified.
Organic farming practices avoid the use of harmful chemicals, aiming for environmental sustainability and the use of fewer resources. Chemical-free agricultural land also remains fertile much longer than land affected by the constant use of pesticides.
Using fewer pesticides means that worker health improves dramatically, communities can live in relative health with access to clean water and food, and farmland stays fertile for longer. This also means that organic cotton clothes are safer for us, as they do not contain a large amount of chemicals often found in conventional cotton clothing.
